Individual Personal Training

Individual personal training: the most focused, personalized, in-depth and concentrated way to progress. Whether you have ambitious goals or just want the support, encouragement and structure of a coach, nothing beats working with Camala in person. The ultimate goal of physical training is to create a balanced a structure as possible. Working individually with Camala enables her to keep you balanced by closely monitoring your progress and adjusting your program as needed.

  • In the first session, Camala conducts a comprehensive assessment of your flexibility, strength and range of motion after reviewing your completed Client History Form. She then bases your individual program on these metrics.  All sessions include a warm-up, cool-down and a focus on two to three muscle groups. Individual sessions are one-hour and can be scheduled up to three times per week. Group sessions are also available.
  • To get the most out of your training time with Camala, consider our Personal Training Package, complete with two training sessions per week and a nutrition plan that outlines your proteins, fats and carbs for the week.
  • 1:1 Hourly Training Price – $120-$150
    Personal Training Package – $650 – $1,800 depending on frequency
